The PEM from KBM Maschinenbau is a compact all-round machine for surface finishing: polishing, satin finishing, grinding, and deburring – all in one system. With quick-change tools, various workpieces such as profiles, housings, and sheets can be processed efficiently.
A powerful 2.8 kW drive with continuously variable speed from 900 to 15,000 rpm ensures maximum flexibility for different applications. The working height can be adjusted manually from 0 to 200 mm via two lifting columns.
For precise and ergonomic operation, the unit is mounted in a play-free roller guide, allowing effortless and accurate processing even during longer working cycles.
Mounted on four swivel castors, the PEM is fully mobile within the workshop. The worktable is equipped with an anti-slip mat, keeping the workpiece secure while protecting its surface. As an alternative, the table is also available with a durable wooden top.
Another highlight: The tool drive via flexible shaft enables fast changes between straight and angled handpieces, giving the PEM outstanding adaptability to user needs.
Conclusion: Versatile, ergonomic, and mobile – the PEM offers users an efficient solution for high-quality surface finishing.
